Our signature procedure
Stubborn fat is removed under local anesthesia through tiny incisions, a few millimeters each, the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen. Renuvion skin tightening is included with every liposuction procedure except buffalo hump, and most patients are back to normal activity in less than one week.
Go straight to an area
Fat is taken from areas such as the abdomen, flanks or thighs with awake liposuction, then transferred to the buttocks for a fuller, more lifted shape. Performed under local anesthesia, not general.

Dr. Giselle is a cosmetic surgeon specializing in liposuction, body contouring, and cosmetic procedures for the face, body, and skin. She has authored a book, speaks regularly at cosmetic conferences, and trains other surgeons seeking to open liposuction practices.
Dr. Giselle performs hundreds of procedures every year, with more than 2,500 under her belt after 7 years in practice.
For surgical procedures, your consultation, pre and post ops, and procedure will all be handled directly by Dr. Giselle, supported by her surgical team.
Dr. Giselle will tell you what a procedure can realistically do for you, and what it cannot, including when a different procedure is the better answer.

Procedures are performed in an accredited surgical facility with 4 surgical bays and 4 recovery rooms, rather than a hospital.
Awake liposuction uses local anesthesia with nitrous oxide and oxygen, plus anti‑anxiety and anti‑nausea medication. You stay relaxed, and still able to communicate with the team throughout.
Most awake liposuction patients are back to normal activity in less than one week. Liposuction under general anesthesia elsewhere typically means 2 to 3 weeks of downtime and required overnights at a recovery house.
Renuvion skin tightening is included with every liposuction procedure except buffalo hump. Compression garments are always provided.

For awake liposuction, yes. The treatment areas are numbed with local anesthesia, and we use nitrous oxide and oxygen, plus anti‑anxiety and anti‑nausea medication. We tell patients to expect something like a few glasses of wine: a bit hazy, but still able to talk with the team.
BBL is also performed awake, under local anesthesia rather than general. Most labiaplasties are done under local anesthesia too, with general anesthesia available if desired.
It depends on the procedure. After awake liposuction, most patients are back to normal activity in less than one week. Compression garments are provided and typically worn for 2 to 6 weeks.
A BBL takes longer, because the transferred fat has to be protected from pressure while it settles. Dr. Giselle will walk you through the timeline for your procedure at your consultation. Recovery varies from patient to patient.
